THE SOLUTION · THE BEHAVIOURAL FIX

Get her to eat.Everything else follows.

Great-tasting rations, pushed up regularly, can only motivate a fresh cow so much. What she needs is a gentle nudge to get up for one more meal between milkings — exactly when her biology is telling her not to. That is the whole idea, and the whole device.

The Old Energy Gap.A New Behavioural Solution.

One behaviour, restored at the root.

It works upstream — on the one thing that drives the whole cascade: getting her to the feed barrier between milkings. Restore that, and the rest of the loop turns on its own.

ONE behaviour Fit on-farm at freshening Prompt gentle nudge between milkings Eat DMI recovers in the window Recover the gap never fully opens Produce higher whole-lactation curve Fertile cyclicity comes forward

Then the device lifecycle repeats: fit → prompt → eat → recover → remove → recharge → redeploy — onto the next fresh cow, three weeks later.

Ten minutes a day.A full lactation protected.

YOU INVEST ~10 min/day gentle prompts across the 3-week fresh window overnight recharge, then the next fresh cow gets her nudge YOU PROTECT 305 days of milk, health, fertility & herd life one hard transition prevented, one whole lactation kept

An overnight charge, and the next fresh cow gets the nudge she needs between milkings.

What it is — and what it isn’t.

What it is
A behavioural intervention — the first wearable that goes beyond measuring what cows do to changing it. Scheduled, gentle, removable, reusable.
What it isn’t
Not a feed additive. Not a drug. Not a genetic change. Not another sensor that only reports the problem. It changes nothing about your ration, facilities or herd.

Built on working farms, by the man who saw it first.

The science was invented and validated by the late Dr. David Barcik over 10+ years on 6 US commercial dairy farms — cows of every genetic merit, parity and season. He proved you could move that intake. We’re taking it to the UK.

The same curve Cost showed draining —now running the other way.

Commercial trial results (6 US farms, 10+ yrs) — not peer-reviewed. 10%+ is the conservative floor. Milk valued at AHDB ~£0.36/L (assumption).

And the milk is only the beginning.

Independent EU research — the Bavarian State Research Centre study of Dry Matter Intake and yield (von Soosten / Weiß, 2020) — shows there is real headroom to lift milk by influencing intake. But milk is just the first return. Prevent the cascade and you also protect health, fertility, herd life and emissions intensity.

The milk uplift is measured. The rest of the cascade — the culls that don’t happen, the days-open you don’t lose — follows from the same restored intake. Turn the page for the measured proof.
